Popular vain, ruthless: they are the ‘tough’ girls of the school. Smart, pretty and determined to thwart the Qpiz plans because they threaten their own popularity and are probably afraid of showing any tenderness or emotion to anyone.
Terry is the ultimate “Mean Girl”; kids and teachers run the other way when she comes down the hallway. Charismatic, beautiful, smart and WICKED. It’s a very dangerous mix. Terry believes everyone is always looking at her…and poses constantly. She feels threatened by Hearty and hence aims most of her venom at her, which is turbo charged because both girls have a crush on Tyler.
Kerry is her right hand girl. Not as beautiful or smart or wicked as Terry, but thinks she deserves ‘co-leader’ status. She has the potential to double cross and try to upstage Terry, but usually doesn’t go through with it at the end. Fashion and style are as natural to her as breathing. Her sharp, frequently caustic asides and comments can cause a poor student (or even adult!) to burst into tears.
Merry is the most cheerful of the Cherries, but has a bad habit: talkativeness. She talks in her sleep, in the shower, on the toilet, while eating. It’s rooted in insecurity …and deep seated fear of quiet. Unfortunately, she often lets slip important details or secrets slip. Her saving grace: she’s not as mean spirited as the other two.
