She is 110 years old and although most times as lucid as the girls, does have her "moments". Sometimes she thinks the Qpiz are her daughters, other times James is her husband. She owns the shop and lives upstairs with her thirty cats. The cats all have names and she spends a lot of time making outfits for the kitties, for when she takes them out for drives or walks.
James is kind of her caretaker, but it\’s not an easy job, because she thinks she can do the same things she did 70 years earlier, so the girls and James frequently are fishing her out of strange situations.
